	Use this Youth Package Application to open a new account for a minor, which is accessible by the minor. This account requires an adult co-applicant. This form also includes a request to open a Youth Add-On Certificate, Youth Checking account, and to make changes on the account.
	Use this Checking Account Application [PDF] to just open a new Youth Checking account, for a youth who is already a member. Remember to list the adult as co-applicant.
	Use this Deposit Application [pdf] to just open a new Youth Certificate, for a youth who is already a member. Remember to list the adult as co-applicant.
	You can use this Transfer of Funds Request to fund the new account(s) by transferring funds from your account at another institution.
	After the youth account is open, you can easily transfer funds from your account to the child's from within Account Manager, if you set up Cross Account Transfers this with form.
