Need to transfer funds between accounts? No problem — thanks to a multitude of Provident's anytime, anywhere convenience services, you can transfer funds whenever needed using the following services:

  • Account Manager online banking — Available 24/7 at providentcu.org
  • Mobile Banking* — Use your PDA or web-enabled device
  • Personal Online Assistance — Submit your request via secure e-mail
  • Touch Tone Teller — Call (800) 626-0224 anytime to use our automated phone banking system
  • Personal Phone Assistance — Contact our Call Center at (800) 632-4600 during business hours. They'll be happy to help!

Enrollment in Account Manager is required for Mobile Banking, Personal Online Assistance, Bill Manager, and Touch Tone Teller. Here are some scenarios for transferring funds between accounts:

Between Your Provident Accounts
Transfer funds between your Provident savings and checking accounts, and make payments to your Provident loans and credit cards.

Between Your Provident Accounts and Other Accounts at Provident
Perform cross-account transfers between two different Provident members who both have Provident accounts (a consent form is required and available online).

Between Your Provident Accounts and Your Accounts at Other Financial Institutions
With a computer and a few clicks of a mouse, simply move funds between Provident and other financial institutions. The Money HQ feature of Bill Manager within Account Manager makes this task easy.
