Important Changes to Online Banking Services in June

 Update: The changes will now be effective on June 4 (not May 7). Please check back here for any further schedule changes.

While we are working to bring you many new online banking features, Account Manager and Bill Manager will not be available from June 3 to June 4 (at noon) to accommodate our efforts. Visit this Web site in late May for more details on the exact dates and times.

The following convenient new services will be available following the upgrade:

Account Manager

  • Balance and reminder alerts
  • Online updating of your contact information
  • Recurring transfer set-up
  • More options for sorting and filtering your transactions

Bill Manager

  • A new service that allows you to aggregate information from other financial institutions
  • Bank-to-bank transfers
  • Same day expedited payments (fee applies)

Other Changes

The process to complete some transactions will be different. We are taking steps to minimize the number of changes to how Account Manager is organized and laid out, so that everything will be easy to find and use. The first time you sign on, you will be asked to review and accept an updated account agreement for the new system. And while you will continue to enter the same member number and PIN, they will now be referred to on the site as your userID and password, respectively. There are also several changes that will impact Bill Manager users. If you use Bill Manager, watch your e-mail box and our Web site during April and May for important information.
