We’re Moving and Shaking!

Just in time for a busy summer season, we've made improvements to our online access, expanded our hours, and unveiled a brand new Visa® card lineup.

Account Manager Online Banking

Recent upgrades enable you to in our free online banking:

View pending transactions that have not yet posted to your account on the Account History page.
View pending external account transfers that you have set up in the "In Process External Transfer" table on the Transfers/Withdrawals page.
Ability to change your own online banking UserID and Password from our Web site.
View remaining electronic transfers left in the month for savings accounts on the Account History page.

Mobile Banking

Free mobile banking is proving to be one of our most popular services and we've added some new features to make it even better:

Apps: available for iPhone® and Android™
E-Deposits: ability to deposit checks using our mobile app or via Account Manager*
Text Banking: send short commands via text to obtain up-to-date account information

Extended Saturday Hours

Hours at most of our community branches have been extended to 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays to make it more convenient for you. The exceptions are our North San Jose and San Francisco (Golden Gate) branches, which are not open on Saturday.

Visa Card Program Improvements

Our new credit cards offer better value and have the same outstanding features as before. Now you can choose between earning Reward points or a 1% reduction on your rate. We also offer fraud prevention services like Visa CardLock and transaction alerts. These are especially good to have if you're traveling this summer. Congratulations to Our 2012 Scholarship Winners

One of our favorite annual events is the awarding of our scholarships. Please join me in congratulating our three recipients for 2012:

College Scholarship: Christopher Dorner, who has been accepted at the University of Pittsburgh. Christopher's selected major is neuroscience.

College Scholarship Honorarium: John Kevin De los Reyes was awarded this scholarship and plans to put it to good use while majoring in computer engineering at the University of Santa Cruz.

Employee College Scholarship: Tammy Basso, the child of an employee at Provident Credit Union, was this year's recipient. Tammy has been accepted at DePaul University in Chicago, where she plans to major in biology.
