New and Improved Credit Card Statements are Coming

Be on the lookout for the new look and feel of your Visa® card statements. Starting this month, all Visa paper and e-statements include the following new features:

• Larger statement size and envelope
• Calendar with the due date highlighted
• Masked account number for enhanced security
• A special location reserved for important messages from Provident
• Contact information for easy reference
• A date tab for easier filing

These enhancements, which are in accordance to CARD Act requirements, will also be reflected on home equity line of credit statements. Look for inserts in your statement that provide more detail and a sample of what your new statements look like or click here for a sneak peek.
