Pending TransactionsYou will now see debit card transactions that have not yet cleared your account under "Account History" as seen in this example.
In Progress External TransfersWhen you set up an external account transfer (transfers to/from accounts at other financial institutions), it is displayed in the "In Progress External Transfers" table when the transaction is underway. The estimated completion date will also appear, which can take 3-5 days to post. User ID ResetIf you forget your User ID, you can request that it be reset from the sign-on screen. An e-mail with instructions will be sent to the address on file. Description Changes for Scheduled TransfersTo provide better account detail, we made changes to descriptions.
NOTE: It is not necessary to contact the vendor about these changes. Color CodingEasily identify deposits and withdrawals. Credits appear in green and debits in red.
