New Design for Web Site

Print

The Provident Web site received a makeover in order to offer you new & improved options to our site. As you can see, it has an overall bolder & fresher look with style updates, enhanced navigation, and easier access to Account Manager.

What kind of changes are there?

Most of the changes to the site are primarily aesthetic. There are style updates to the homepage which include new icons, color changes, and a new, more modern and innovative look. Also, it's easier to access the site, with the addition of our new home page "site at a glance" and menus for applications, rates, and educational resources.

Our specials and other member news are presented with a headline link to the featured article, icon links to other articles in the right side bar, and a text list of links to other news for members. We've made the small group of site-wide links on the top of the page easier to find, and improving printing capabilities.

Improvements were made in regard to page content resizing. As before, the content automatically resizes to fit in your window. With the new design, paragraphs and other text content have a maximum width. This improves readability on larger screens: the lines do not become too long, and the margins around the text can act as a wider buffer around your text.

Account Manager:

What is Account Manager?

Account Manager enables you to easily link to your Accounts in order to make transfers or withdrawals, pay your bills, stop payments, change your PIN, send a secure e-mail, check account balances, or perform a number of other functions!

How will this change the functions of Account Manager?

The only change in regards to Account Manager is the addition of the new sign-on box located in the upper-left hand corner of every page of the site. Through this new sign-on box, you also have the ability to change the first page that you are signing-on to, so you don’t have to pass through other pages first.

Do I have to set-up a new PIN or e-mail account in Account Manager?

No, if you have already enrolled in Account Manager there is no need for you to re-enroll. All of your account information remains the same. There is no need to change your password or create a new password with the new website. While the sign-on box has moved and the overall look is changed, the functionality remains the same. It is still the same Account Manager that you are used to accessing.

What If I am not currently enrolled in Account Manager?

If you are not currently enrolled in Account Manager, you can still click on the member number box in the upper left hand corner.  A box will appear that prompts you to enter your member number. Simply click on the word "Enrollment" there, and you will be provided with further instructions on how to enroll.

How do I access my e-Statements?

You can view your e-Statements by signing on to Account Manager in the upper left hand corner of any page where you will enter your member number. After you click in the box to enter your member number, you can select e-Statements as your first page to view when you open Account Manager.

Additional FAQs for Account Manager will be available when you enter your member number in the upper left hand corner of the page. If you have any questions, please send a message to Member Services or call (650) 508-0300 or (800) 632-4600.
