Touch Tone Teller Gets Upgraded

Effective February 21, 2008, we are proud to announce that Touch Tone Teller, our account-access-by-phone service, has now been updated. It is new, improved, and available for you to use 24 hours a day!

While the system will continue to present you with the same services that you already enjoy, it will also include enhanced features & capabilities such as the ability to reorder checks, report lost or stolen cards, and connect directly with various departments to apply for products!

In order to provide you with these new & improved features, some of the options that you are used to using may have changed. We ask that while you may have traditionally skipped through the menu option choices, it will be important to listen to the new menu before making your selection the first couple of times that you use this service.

The Touch Tone Teller number—(800) 626-0224—remains the same and is available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Use this free automated telephone system to get in touch with your accounts anytime and anywhere.
