New and Easy Way to Dispute Card Transactions

We are excited to announce our new online banking and mobile app dispute service for Visa® credit cards. This new tool allows you to submit disputes on transactions that have posted to your credit card. If you need to inquire or dispute a transaction, you can now simply do so by signing in to online banking or our mobile app.

How to submit a dispute:

  1. Sign on to online banking or our mobile app and select your credit card.
  2. Select the [ ! ] icon next to the transaction that needs to be disputed.
  3. Complete the dispute form by selecting the dispute amount, type of dispute and select send.

Alternatively, you can still call the number on the back of your card to submit a new dispute at (800) 449-7728. To learn more on how you can protect your accounts, visit our Security Center.
