We are excited to announce our new online banking and mobile app dispute service for Visa® credit cards. This new tool allows you to submit disputes on transactions that have posted to your credit card. If you need to inquire or dispute a transaction, you can now simply do so by signing in to online banking or our mobile app.
How to submit a dispute:
- Sign on to online banking or our mobile app and select your credit card.
- Select the [ ! ] icon next to the transaction that needs to be disputed.
- Complete the dispute form by selecting the dispute amount, type of dispute and select send.
Alternatively, you can still call the number on the back of your card to submit a new dispute at (800) 449-7728. To learn more on how you can protect your accounts, visit our Security Center.
