Add or Remove Authorized Users
Now you can add or remove authorized users online or through the mobile app. It's faster, secure and easy to do, so you can get back to your day.
Authorized users will be given a card in their name with your account number. You share the same credit limit and all purchases will reflect on your monthly statement. A benefit of an authorized user compared to a joint account holder is that the individual doesn't have to go through a credit check. However, this means they are also not legally responsible for purchases made to the account. For security purposes, they will not have the authority to make account maintenance changes.
Your Visa e-Statements are on the move -- to an easier-to-find location. All your monthly statements -- deposits, loans and credit cards -- are now available in one place in the e-Documents section of online banking.
Not enrolled in eDocuments? Sign up today. Simply sign on to online banking, click on the "e-Documents" link, and then "Activate e-Documents".
Lost, Stolen and Replacement Card Service
Need to report your card lost, stolen or damaged? Soon you will be able to order a new card in minutes online or through the Provident mobile app. Easily add or remove authorized users and request express delivery of your new card if you need it right away.
Balance Transfer Request Via Online Banking and Mobile App
We're looking ahead to make banking more convenient for you. Soon, you'll be able to request balance transfers on your card(s) through online banking and the mobile app -- no need to call or visit a branch.
If there are any transaction discrepancies, it's important that you alert us right away. To help expedite this process, submit transaction disputes via online banking or our mobile app. This is an alternative to our current process of calling our cardholder services number on the back of the card.
