Providing Greater Value to Your Credit Union Membership
I'm happy to share that work continues and much progress has been made on our new website. We expect to launch in June with a brand-new look and improved navigation.
Other updates I'd like to share:
- The build-out of our new location in the Fremont Hub is about to get underway. We're on target for a mid-July opening.
- New features were added to the new mobile app. We continue to improve the app with added features to credit card controls. Credit card holders can now report cards lost, stolen or damaged and replacement cards can be ordered all via online banking and the mobile app.
- We're making banking more convenient and secure. Soon you will see card-swipe readers at our teller counters. These readers will help increase convenience and security. You will be able to authenticate your identity by swiping your debit card and entering your PIN. We hope to have this service available in late summer.
- We've been involved in the community. Provident is committed to contributing to the betterment of our communities and assisting local non-profits, and we've been very active in 2019. Provident staff have assisted the Second Harvest Food Bank, the Samaritan House, CORA, Lions Club, and Loaves & Fishes, among others.
